Preorders

Two by Two is currently available to preorder and will be released on 7th September 2026.

Payment will be taken when your order is placed, with copies expected to begin dispatching within 5–7 working days of the release date.

We’ll email you with your order confirmation and let you know if the estimated dispatch date changes.

UK delivery

UK standard tracked delivery is calculated according to the number of books ordered and starts from £4.95.

Once dispatched, orders are expected to arrive within 5–7 working days.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way.

For international delivery or orders of more than 10 copies, please contact hellothisisrex@gmail.com for a delivery quote before placing your order.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing hellothisisrex@gmail.com.

You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us within this period to let us know that you would like to make a return.

Returned books must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us and should be unused and in their original condition. Unless the book is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Once we receive the returned book, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact hellothisisrex@gmail.com if your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
